Rocketship Education Public Charter School specializes in helping students reach their full academic potential through personalized learning, talent development, and parent partnerships. Jose Hawilla is a Brazilian businessman who started off like any other individual who had a nine to five job. A better part of his career started in the media world where he was employed as a journalist who covers sports events. Luiz Carlos Trabuco

The Bradesco bank is one of the largest banks in Brazil. Luiz Carlos Trabuco is the president of the Bradesco bank. He has been working at the Bradesco Bank since he was 17 years old. Trabuco was born October 6, 1951, in Marilia, Sao Paulo.

While he worked at the bank, he worked hard to receive his college education. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Sao Paulo in Philosophy Science and Letters. He went on to receive his master’s degree in Socio-Psychology from the Foundation School of Sociology and Politics in Sao Paulo.

Luiz Carlos Trabuco got his first promotion after working at the bank for 15 years. He was promoted to the Marketing Director for the Bradesco Bank. In 1992 Trabuco became the Chief Executive Officer of a private pension company until 1998. In 1998 Trabuco was selected to be the Managing Director for the Bradesco Bank. A year after being selected to be the Managing Director he became the Executive Vice President. In 2003 he became the president of Bradesco Insurance. When he became the president of the insurance company, he was also placed in charge of 8 other companies that were linked to the company. In 2009 he was named the new President of the Bradesco Bank.

The Succession and Appointment Committee has been tasked with selecting someone else to take Trabuco’s position as president of the company. The individual will begin working as the President of the Bradesco Bank on March 12. Their final choice for the president was Octavio de Lazari Junior according to valor.com.br. Octavio de Lazari Junior is a 54 year old who is the Executive Vice President of the bank and the Chief Executive Officer of the Bradesco group at the Bradesco Bank. He has been working at the bank since 1978. In addition to his positions at the bank, he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Association of Real Estate Credit and Savings Entities and the Vice President of Febraban’s Credit Operations Portability Governance Committee.

Lazari had to compete against six other Vice Presidents to get the position as president of the bank. Lazari was not the first choice for the Succession and Appointment Committee according to economia.estadao.com.br. Many people believed the Mauricio Minas who is in control of technology would be chosen as the new president of the bank. Although Octavio de Lazari Junior was not their first pick no one was able to compete against him. Lazari’s credentials and his work in credit made way for him. The bank’s goal is to surpass their title as the second largest bank in Brazil. They are now hoping for bigger and better things. He has connections and credentials that will be very useful for the company’s advancement. Lazari is without a doubt a suitable replacement. Trabuco helped the company advance in every area that he had the opportunity to serve in. Lazari must uphold the standard that has been set for him.
